1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for services not yet started or delivered. Once work has begun or been completed, refunds may be prorated or denied based on progress. Custom work (e.g., launched websites) is non-refundable.

2. Requesting a Refund

3. Processing Time
Approved refunds take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. Delays beyond this timeframe should be addressed with your bank/payment platform.


Exceptions: Discounted/promotional purchases may receive adjusted refund amounts. Services marked “non-refundable” are final.
